DALLAS (September 30, 2024) - Houston based Black Elk Energy Offshore Operations, LLC (Black Elk Energy), recently named as one of the 100 fastest-growing private companies in Houston, has chosen ISNetworld to manage their contractors and to enhance their contractor safety management system.

With operations on 176 platforms covering more than 500,000 gross offshore acres, Black Elk Energy's primary concern is with maintaining high standards for their safety criteria and environmental sustainability programs. Their commitment to protecting workers and the environment led to the partnership with ISN.

The strict regulatory requirements and operating qualifications imposed on offshore work can mean tracking hundreds of training records, insurance documents and safety programs. Black Elk Energy's internal requirements for compliance necessitate an additional level of due diligence and management. ISNetworld will reduce the strain on Black Elk's internal resources that collecting, verifying and monitoring contractor pre-qualification information often produces.

"We are thrilled to work with Black Elk Energy. Their encouraging commitment to safety is evident throughout their implementation of ISNetworld and company culture," said Mike Reazin, ISN Offshore and Mining Group Supervisor. "We look forward to helping them uphold that commitment across their operations and contractor management processes."
