Black Elk purposely front-end loads technical assessment to properly define "risk profiles" as part of our acquisition strategy.  Black Elk also creates additional value by "in-sourcing" many of the traditional services.  This approach extends the economic life of fields and delivers a greater volume of reserves to the U.S. Energy Market.
